- Abstract
Time and space are two categories of constant use, which varies according to the different social groups. In this article we'll think about the different ways of representing and counting time and space in buddhists groups of Soka Gakka Argentina. We'll see that these are directly related to different social activities, and that in both categories, are these activities the ones that organize reality and give time and space their character of sacred and profane. We'll see that, in the case of Soka Gakkai, this distinction between sacred and profane is very vague, and that it's relevance is more an analytical need of the investigator, than an everyday experience of the subjects.
