- Title
Designing a High-Performance Real-Time Recording System.
- Authors
Tojeira, Chris
- Abstract
The article presents the factors that need to be considered in the design of a high-performance real-time recording system. Several technologies that can help in the design process are client-server architecture, redundant array of independent disks (RAID) controller, and user application programming interface (API). Further, a nonproprietary file system is needed to instantly access recordings as standard file. An overview of recording system is also described.
