The article focuses on several Georgia appellate cases concerning attorney discipline, disqualification, ineffective assistance of counsel, judicial ethics, and legal malpractice from June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015. It mentions that the amendments to the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct with the decision of the Georgia Supreme Court in the case Hodge v. Urfa-Sexton, LP on disqualification.
