- Title
What could an Executive Coach do for an Association Football Manager?
- Authors
Whitney, Glenn; Redman, Nigel
- Abstract
In this article the authors discuss ways on what an executive coach could do for an association football manager. They provide an example of a career progression, from a football player to a football manager, by citing the case of football player turned manager Roy Keane. They suggest that executive coaching can rectify one's shortcomings as a manager and better analyse and manage himself, as well as develop interpersonal and trusting relationships.
