- Abstract
It is known that the entropic process naturally erodes any social system, but there are unlimited ways for this process to be slowed down or even stopped for long periods of time, which would be in the benefit of the society and its members. The intention of this paper is to precisely identify these opportunities and increase the awareness of decision makers to form and lead the reconstruction program of scientifically rigorous socio-economic reforms, appropriate for the removal of the entropy factors.
