Topics discussed include macroprudential capital policy as the action Financial Policy Committee (FPC) can take for tackling risks to financial stability, impact on the price and quantity of lending depends on the extent to which banks pass through changes in funding costs to credit conditions and adds capital requirement increase could increase banks' overall funding costs.
