Title
A model-based decompsition of sterling government yeild curves.
Abstract
The article focuses on the significance of a model-based decomposition of government yield curves in Great Britain. The empirical model of the yield curve is applicable to different ways but based on three common assumptions that bond prices are arbitrage free. It suggests that the term premia is relevant in explaining movements in interest rates. It indicates that much of the increase could be consistent.
