- Abstract
The article covers issues on infant health published in various journals as of October 2008. The incidence of iatrogenic events in infants hospitals in four neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in Israel was examined in an interventional, multicentric study published in "Pediatrics". A study in "Hypertension" focuses on the use of the rate of weight gain of infants in the first five months to predict blood pressure in their mid-20s. The American Academy of Otolaryngology issued a guideline advising that earwax should not be routinely removed.
