- Abstract
The article examines the identification, isolation and cultivation of spotted fever group rickettsiae. It investigates the biological characteristics of experimental modelling of the metamorphosis of carriers (EMNCMc), cultures of Vero and HEP-2 cells to study the variant rickettsiae and monitor the metamorphosis of ticks. It also studies the localization of rickettsiae in organs of carriers by analyzing the antigenic structure of rickettsial genotypes in ticks.
