- Authors
Costigan, Philip; Rose, Patricia; Tinney, Mary
- Abstract
The article discusses the role of spirituality in the development of an ecological-centric culture in Australia. The ecological spirituality which is set forth by the Earth Link movement embraces experiences, beliefs and rituals and is an effort to create a spiritual framework for living in ways which are more ecologically sensitive. Ecospirituality can provide a positive worldview and can present a vision about living a more satisfying form of life. The Earth Link spirituality team has established an ecospirituality which takes form from the experience of bonding with the Earth. The team's spirituality started with the experience of listening to the wisdom of the Earth.
