- Authors
Reid, Jane M.
- Abstract
The author comments on the article "Genetic Similarity Between Mates Predicts Extrapair Paternity: A Meta-analysis of Bird Studies" by A. Arct and S.M. Drobniak and colleagues, published in a previous issue. Topics discussed include the evolution and persistence of polyandry as one prevailing challenge in behavioral and evolutionary ecology and the study findings revealing a positive overall relatedness-extrapair paternity (EPP) relationship.
