- Abstract
Undocumented processes can be problematic if there is no underlying procedure, especially for large scale process which there are a lot of activities involved. Procedures are needed to organize activities to achieve certain goals. Therefore, a guide in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been developed that can benefit any organization that implements it. The SOP is also the basis for the evaluation process between the reality in the field and the procedures that have been made into the SOP, so a technique was needed to evaluate the SOP with reality. Process mining is an evaluation technique between an SOP model proses and event data, or event logs contained in information systems. The Alpha algorithm can automatically describe the model proses based on the recorded event log and measure the fitness of a model proses with the event log. Fitness is done by measuring the fit between the event log and the model proses. Based on the obtained evaluation, Alpha algorithm can't describe the process based on PKL event log well. It is because loop processes exist. It is also shown that the PKL process is not implementing the SOP well yet. On the other hand, Heuristic Miner neglects minor processes which do not frequently happen and does not describe it in the model proses. Overall, the model proses that is formed uses the Alpha algorithm which is closest to reality because it has a fitness of 0.96.
