- Abstract
Building industrialization and green development is the future trend, steel structure modular building is the advanced form of industrialization, but it is prone to cold and hot bridges during production and assembly. In order to improve the overall thermal insulation effect, vacuum insulation plate and aerogel are designed and applied in the steel structure modular zero energy consumption building. This paper introduces the project overview and scheme. The steel structure modular residence meets the requirements of zero energy consumption through simulation and actual measurement. It can be widely used in the future to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in the construction industry.
