- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 4-month-old girl born at term, who had undergone phototherapy on the 14th day of life, arrived at an emergency room because of vomiting and transient white stools. The article discusses that Cranial computed tomography showed a cerebral hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe, a subarachnoid hemorrhage, and a left subdural hematoma with a midline shift; and Congenital biliary dilatation was diagnosed, complicated by coagulopathy and intracranial hemorrhage.
