- Abstract
Before the outsourcing model consolidation in México attended a new labor culture. What has driven this model changes in the practices of the people and their culture? Analyzing the relationship between the mode of production flexible and dynamic maquila own migration to the cities of the northern border of México, shows that the maquiladora is respected and used dynamically to reduce or increase the number of workers, as required flexible production.
