- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old gravida 4, para 3 woman with type B Rh-negative blood and her second pregnancy was complicated by Rhesus-D (RhD) alloimmunization and subsequent pregnancies were monitored closely by maternal fetal medicine. Topics include the child has received erythropoietin early in life for symptomatic anemia but did not require any transfusions, and the infants are monitored for anemia potentially receiving intrauterine transfusions to prevent hydrops.
