- Abstract
The article presents a study on whether terrestrial vegetation flourescence information can be obtained from space. It discusses how the study was conducted which involved the use of a potentially cheaper hyperspectral instrumentation and a method to correct several instrumental artifacts. It explores the preliminary findings which revealed that terrestrial flourescence filling-in can be identified using hyperspectral instruments such as SCIAMACHY.
