Abstract
The article focuses on the initiatives taken by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health organizations, to analyse the addition of hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) viral surface antigens to universal flu vaccine. It discusses the research conducted by researcher A. Impagliazzo and colleagues, to yield stable versions of HA, with the help of protein engineering.
