The article offers information on a court case, Murphy v. National Collegiate Athletic Association which involves the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Topics include demise of Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 (PASPA), a judicially overturned law that was meant to define the legal status of sports betting throughout the United States; Federal Gambling regulation which resulted increase in Fantasy sports participation due to technological developments.
