- Abstract
The article reports on the Smart Casual Project, which created a series of discipline-specific development resources to fill the gap. It examines the necessity for discipline-specific development for sessional teachers in law with reference to Australian and international literature. It further presents a survey of sessional teachers that identified academic development tools required to support their teaching.
