- Abstract
The article discusses the legal obligations of Australia to Indonesia and Papua New Guinea (PNG) regarding asylum seekers. It states that Australia will provide food, non-food, and medical necessities of the asylum seekers who were caught under the Regional Cooperation Arrangement (RCA) with Indonesia. It mentions that Australia will cooperate with PNG in terms of the identification and the processing of irregular immigrants under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of the two countries.
