The article focuses on criminalization of the crime of illicit enrichment and human rights violation. Topics discussed include problem of corrupt public officials and governments, anti-illicit enrichment statutes enacted by Argentina and India for criminalization of illicit enrichment and the challenges faced by governments in prosecuting corruption offenses. Other topics include various forms of corruption including bribery, embezzlement, and abuse of position.
