The article focuses on the contraception mandate of the U.S. Affordable Care Act (ACA) which violates the constitutional right to privacy and contraceptive plans by using Maryland's Contraceptive Equity Act of 2016. It mentions constitutional right to privacy and the legislation surrounding an individual's right to contraceptive accessibility. It also mentions Maryland Contraceptive Equity Act provides most comprehensive contraception coverage and is a constitutional alternative to Mandate.
