- Abstract
The article reports on the ruling made by the BBC Trust that it has breached impartiality guidelines with its "Radio 4's Today" program while interviewing an academic professor, Barry Sautman of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in China. It is noted that the interview tackled on the uprising in Tibet. It reveals that the segment resulted to complaints regarding the affiliation of Sautman where he was being introduced only by his name and university.
