- Authors
MONROE, JOE R.
- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 50-year old woman with a three-month history of pruritic eruptions in both axillary areas. She underwent a punch biopsy, which presents a diagnosis of parakeratosis, psoriasiform hyperplasia, and sparse lymphohistiocytic infiltrate. The patient experienced symptoms associated with axillary granular parakeratosis (AGP). The treatment for AGP includes tretinoin cream, class 5 steroid creams, and calcium potriene cream.
