In this article, the author focuses on the problems of willful blindness being continuously encountered in the criminal law of Canada. Topics discussed include relationship of willful blindness with recklessness in Canadian criminal laws, judicial opinions of the Supreme Court of Canada on the concept of willful blindness and judicial review on the negligence that took place in the Canadian laws.
