- Abstract
The author presents information on the outlook of aboriginal administrative law after the implementation of aboriginal right to self-government under the Canadian Constitution. He informs that the administrative law from the perspective of aboriginal governance and institutions constitute the incorporation of fairness, independence, and accountability concepts in differnt settings such as in government departments, hospitals, and prisons.
