- Abstract
In this article the authors focus on how to positively manage criticisms and provide feedbacks that enhances the progress of science students as future scientists. They say that criticism is intended to be personal, but rather an important part of doing science while preventing complacency. They mention various activities that encourage students to serve as friendly critics for one another including proposal exchanges, informal seminars, and students mentoring group.
