- Authors
NUNN, HENRY
- Abstract
The article analyzes the contradiction between probable cause and presumption of innocence and how the right to fair trial of a criminal defendant relies on a child's education in fine arts. Topics discussed include history of probable cause and the Anglo-American presumption of innocence, impartial jury, standard of probable cause as inherently prejudicial, and jury's willing suspension of disbelief as a mandatory condition for the right to fair trial.
