Title
Shrinking Snow and Ice Cover.
Abstract
The article reports on a study conducted by the University of Michigan (UM) and published in "Nature Geoscience" about the Earth's declining snow and ice covering, a process which has occurred during the past 30 years to 2011. It explores how cryospheric albedo feedback, or the increasing effect of the Earth's thinning snow and ice cover or cryosphere on climate change, has increased. The study advises that world temperatures stay within 2 degrees Celsius.
