- Abstract
The article presents a reprint of the article which appeared in the "Design Management Review," Vol. 19 No.3 issue, which focuses on design thinking. It is inferred that design thinking is about the awakening of the design instincts and methods of business executives and organizations. Also included is a client briefing experience case study which illustrates applying and transferring design thinking of the International Business Machines Corp. (IBM).
