- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36 year old Japanese female who presented in labour to physicians at 40 weeks and 4 days gestation following spontaneous rupture of membranes. A discussion of diagnostic resting which was conducted on the woman, and resulted in her receiving a diagnosis of uterine rupture of an unscarred uterus, is presented.
