- Abstract
This article discusses the need for dynamic correlative imaging to understand the interactions among cells, organelles, and molecules in health and disease. The limitations of traditional microscopy techniques are highlighted, and the benefits of correlative label-free and fluorescence microscopy are explained. Two correlative imaging methods, miPolScope and Mantis, are described, along with the open-source software developed for instrument calibration and data analysis. The article concludes by emphasizing that these tools enable scalable image-based longitudinal screens and the study of specific biological responses to perturbation.
