The article offers information about a new generation of industrial plants that can make liquid fuels from almost any organic scraps such as corn stalks and wood chips to urban rubbish. Topics discussed include all British Airways flights out of London City Airport to be fueled by rubbish by the end of 2015, the rubbish to be processed at GreenSky London, a biofuels plant under construction, and use of gasification and pyrolysis methods to produce liquid fuels on fossil-fuel industry.
