- Abstract
The article discusses the study which explores the role of sorption and degradation in the herbicidal function of isoxaflutole (IFT) in soil to soil sorption to interpret greenhouse studies to control weed species. The study used degradation to form diketonitrile (DKN) and bezoic acid derivatives for unidentified products to the soil activity of the herbicide for weed control. The study conclude that both sorption and biodegradation of DKN with weed control in soils.
