- Abstract
The article discusses the conception by the nationalists Quebecers of francophone minorities in Quebec during 1970-1995, which was marked by the second referendum on the sovereignty of Quebec and the Quiet Revolution. Topics include the decline of the diaspora conception of the French-Canadian nation during this time; and an analysis of the place these minorities occupy in the magazine "Lactation national" which was linked to the Quebec nationalist movement.
