- Abstract
A case study is presented of a 36-year-old female patient suffering from severe temporal headaches and swelling and tenderness of a scalp mass for one year. It states that an ovoid region in the deep temporal artery was revealed with a magnetic resonance angiography while cerebral angiogram revealed an arteriovenous fistula which the left middle deep temporal artery was supplying and then drained into the left superficial temporal vein.
