- Abstract
The article focuses on the approach for analyzing the U.S. Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) claims involving corporate persons. Topics discussed include decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. on exercising religion by corporations, religious rights of individuals as contemplated by the RFRA statute and decision of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case Employment Division v. Smith.
