- Abstract
The relationship between authentic and translated literature opens the way for comparative literature and translation studies. To understand the role that translation plays in the current comparative field, it is necessary to create a vision for the continuation of the role it has played in the history of literature, starting from a more traditional, national and international and intercultural approach. . The literary production of a particular culture, expressed in a particular language, depends on its relationship and relationship with foreign languages; one cannot think of Italian romanticism detached from the same movement in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc. In the mid-eighteenth century and in the second half of the nineteenth century, the involvement of authors such as Pushkin, Manzoni, etc. implies an imaginary line, trying to stay in touch and embrace the differences, to read each other in the light of the other, knowing the interrelations between the texts.
