- Abstract
The research aimed to build suggested objectives for the secondary stage for the Islamic Education in "Alauddin" schools, in Republic of Kosova. Upon that, it is possible to develop jurisprudence course and rewriting jurisprudence subjects. The research aimed to identify the extend of including these objectives in recent jurisprudence course. The research had reached to the following results: 1. The number of objectives that could be included in Islamic education curriculum document for jurisprudence in the secondary stage is forty objectives as suggested by the researcher. 2. The most repeated objectives in the questionnaire are: No. (1): To appreciate the value of worship in Islam, then objective no. (28): To appreciate the necessity of progeny through legal marriage, then objective no.(4): To honor the texts of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, then objective no.(3): To know the most important provisions of worships, characteristics and their evidences from Holy Quran and Sunnah, then the objective no. (16): To appreciate the inclusion of Islamic legislation and the perfectness of their provisions in every time and place. 3. The extend of including the suggested objectives in jurisprudence course for the secondary stage is weak and it included eight suggested objectives in different percentages, with a percentage of only 22.5% within the forty objectives. The researcher had introduced recommendations to develop the jurisprudence course especially and legal sciences courses in general.
