- Abstract
The ideas in this article defend key theses important for pedagogical practice:. The family has inexhaustible educational potential and is a factor of great importance for ensuring access to quality education for children from different cultural groups. The effective interaction of teachers with the family presupposes good mutual acquaintance. Communication and cooperation with children's families is extremely important for building a community in which there is equality and conditions for educational integration and cultural diversity. Overcoming the various difficulties that kindergarten teachers face when working in a multicultural and multiethnic environment is possible only in conditions of mutual respect and dialogue. The teacher is the proactive party in the interaction with the parents and the family community. The application of various forms of pedagogical interaction between teachers and parents enriches their joint work and has direct benefits for all three countries - children, parents and teachers. Building a system of channels for effective communication and communication is the basis for building trust between teacher and parent.
