- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 70‐year‐old male patient with a history of a large anterior wall myocardial infarction presented to institute with recurrent episodes of ventricular tachycardia (VT) terminated by antitachycardia pacing from his implantable cardioverter‐ defibrillator. The article discusses that his left ventricular (LV) ejection fraction was 35%. VT mapping and ablation was undertaken using the Rhythmia mapping system (Boston Scientific).
