Abstract
The article discusses several research studies on Down's syndrome and brain cells. Two studies by researchers at King's College Hospital in London, England published in "Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology" investigated the effectiveness of a non-invasive blood test to detect Down's syndrome in unborn babies. Another study by U.S. researchers analysed brain cells grown from skin cells of people with Down's syndrome.
