- Abstract
The article reports that a ban on children with learning disabilities taking part in the Great Britain school games has been lifted by Youth Sports Trust. The new Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) opines that excluding the children in the activity was discriminatory and unlawful. Baroness Jane Campbell, chair of the EHRC's disability committee, states that she was happy on the impact of their action on the Youth Sports' decision.
