- Abstract
The problem of the operation mode of phase load and reactive power compensation in three-phase three-wire power-transmission lines with the help of balancing devices under an asymmetric load is considered. Approaches to calculating the parameters of balancing devices by means of the method of symmetric components and power balance are described. The problem of balancing of the operation modes of power-transmission lines by means of controlled reactive elements is considered. For a specific set of parameters of asymmetric loads, the calculation and simulation results of the operation of two schemes for constructing balancing devices based on reactive elements are presented. One scheme is based on two reactive elements for balancing the operation mode of a power-transmission line, and the other scheme is based on three reactive elements for simultaneous balancing of the operation mode and compensation of reactive capacities in a power-transmission line.
