- Abstract
Brushless DC motor drive system is designed by using digital signal processor TMS320F28335, and the brushless DC motor drive design principle and system structure are introduced firstly. Through the brushless DC motor built-in HALL sensor's signal feedback speed is calculated, using the sampling resistance the current is obtained in time, the two signals are used to form velocity and current double closed-loop control, the controller outputs PWM signal which is used as the input of the full bridge to driving motor. Step response uses the double closed loop BID. But the negative step response uses different method, it is not a single BID control, is the BID control with the method of short braking. The control effect is more quick and stable than the single one. Software is written by C to communicate with PC, the software can observe motor running state and various parameters real-timely, and it is the judgment standard. The experimental results show that the system dynamic performance is good, and can achieve the expected design effect.
