- Abstract
The article examines the applicability of the privacy provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to non-disabled persons considering electronic record usage and ADA Amendments Act of 2008 effect. It describes the laws governing employment and medical records privacy. It explains the eligibility of non-disabled persons to make claims pursuant to the privacy provisions.
