The article presents insight into the impact of incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) on corticospinal preparation for movement. Topics discussed include impact of rehabilitation standard regimens on the latter, measuring the performance of improvements produced by standard therapeutic regimens, and measuring motor evoked potentials (MEPs) evoked by cortical or subcortical (CMEPs) stimulation.
