- Abstract
The article examines how three subjective physical function questions predict new fractures in older adults ≥75 years. Topics include assessing gait speed decline, falls history, and exercise habits. Concerns raised encompass the predictive accuracy of these questions compared to all 15 items in the questionnaire, potential measurement errors regarding past fractures, and challenges in accurately tracing fractures in the database.
