The article focuses on the mitigation of exposure from chronic arsenic poisoning of people in Bangladesh due to arsenic contamination in water wells. It states that drinking water that are exposed to arsenic can cause internal cancers such as on lungs, liver, and bladder. It mentions that a household member with health problem due to arsenic exposure affects the labor supply of the household.
